Common questions

Can I pay for this out of a grant?

Yes, on the Lab plan — we invoice and we accept a purchase order. The invoice comes from stringify ai in rupees with GST, so your accounts office processes it as an ordinary domestic purchase.

What is the difference between Free and Solo?

Only the limits. Same product, same features, same instrument folder watching — Solo raises the storage, the room for kept originals and the monthly assist allowance. It is the plan you move to when the free one starts to pinch, not a different thing.

What happens to a student's work when they leave?

It stays with the lab, and it stays credited to them. Their results, runs and files remain in the record, attributed to the person who did the work.

Can we get our data out?

Any time, on every plan including free, in an open format, at no charge. Files you linked from your own storage never moved in the first place — see where your files live.
